The problem

Football money doesn't fit a normal ledger

Amortisation, agent fees, conditional bonuses, instalments and a squad-cost cap. Generic accounting tools don't speak football, so the real picture lives in the finance director's spreadsheets.

With Finance Hub

A football layer on top of the books

Finance Hub treats every contract as a financial object, shows the true cost of each player, tracks cash and budget, and checks that contracts, cash flow and budget agree before the auditor asks.

AI Financial Brief

The period in plain language, with a check that the numbers agree.

Generate a plain-language summary of the period next to the KPIs that matter: annual wage bill, squad-cost ratio, net invoice position, contracts expiring within 180 days and legal exposure. A consistency check confirms contracts, cash flow and budget line up.

AI Financial Brief: a plain-language summary of the club's position, then High and Medium findings across legal, commercial and cash flow, each with a recommended action (demo figures).

Contracts as financial objects

Players, coaches and staff in one register, with salary lines, agent commissions and bonus potential. Upload a contract and AI reads the financial terms for you.

Squad-cost ratio simulator

Know your headroom before the window opens.

Test the squad-cost ratio against UEFA's 70%, a domestic 85% rule or your own cap, and see the headroom left or the excess over it.

Squad-cost ratio simulator: gauge against the UEFA 70% cap with the headroom left, the squad-cost breakdown (wages, amortisation, agent fees) and season inputs with a threshold selector (demo figures).

The true cost of every player

Salary alone against the true cost per year, amortisation and agent fees included, plus incoming and outgoing transfer instalments on one timeline.

Accounting without the retyping

Invoices flow from draft to pending approval to approved to paid, and AI reads each one on upload. Budget plan against actual, and cash flow imported from your spreadsheets with AI category mapping.

  • AI invoice reading on upload
  • Budget plan vs actual

UEFA Compliance pack

It prepares the pack. The auditor still signs it off.

A compliance checklist, overdue payables across transfers, payroll and tax, and financial information mapped to the UEFA P&L taxonomy with AI, exported as styled Excel files.

UEFA licensing compliance pack: checklist by article with auto-filled items, readiness score and key deadlines, noting that it prepares the pack and does not replace the auditor (demo figures).
